Sažetak
Carsharing is a model of car rental where people rent cars for short periods of time, often per hour (or minute). They are attractive to customers who make only occasional use of a vehicle, as well as others who would like occasional access to a vehicle of a different type than they use day to day. Carsharing should require: accessible, affordable, convenient and reliable service. Electric cars contribute to cleaner air in cities because they produce no harmful pollution, such as particulates, volatile organic compounds, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, ozone, lead, and various oxides of nitrogen. A drawback is that price of electric cars is significantly more expensive than conventional internal combustion engine cars. The trend of e-mobility has led to a significant increase in the number of electric cars, including carsharing systems based on them. This paper analyzes examples of using the carsharing system in four European cities.
