Sažetak
All the time after the Second world war rural development and private farming have been ignored and limited with lawful regulations and economics measures while at the same time was prefered development of cities, industry and social farming. It was guided to series negative impacts in the village and in the city. Development of communal infrastructure, employment outside the farm and growth standard of living in rural regions, opposite to all greater unemployment and small incomes, at last time growths interest in village, land property and agricultural proffesion of rural youth, what indicate our investigations.
