Sažetak
In recent years area of Telemedicine and especially remote patient monitoring (RPM) became again point for interest for public and private health providers. Major reasons for extended interest include cost cutting, availability and maturity of devices that become commodity over last several years, wide coverage of mobile internet. Not only that healthcare providers show interest, major push is also seen from Telecommunication providers due the fact that they seek new revenue and services that they can provide with there service deliver platforms in machine to machine integration. However there are still several obstacles seen in legal systems, integration and cross platform communication mechanisms. This paper elaborates on those challenges and describes a detailed system based on android and iOS platforms since those two became dominant platforms seen in mobile devices.
