Sažetak
Members of 36 families with at least one member with Vitiligo were examined in order to find out if there are other cases of Vitiligo in the family.The thyroid of every relative has been clinically examined and in some cases the metabolic tests for the thyroid were performed. Ophtalmological examination in relatives was achieved and the blood group of the ABO system was determined in 35 relatives.The results of these investigations are given. In our opinion the mode of inheritance of Vitiligo is either autosomal dominant or autosomal recessive or polygenic.Vitiligo is thus a heterogenous entity.
