Sažetak
This paper describes the development of a sensitive and reliable analytical method based on solid phase extraction (SPE) followed by analysis by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS–MS) for the simultaneous determination of Fluoroquinolones: enrofloxacin (enro), norfloxacin (nor), ciprofloxacin (cipro) ; Anthelmitics: albendazole (alb), febantel (feba), praziquantel (prazi) ; Sulfonamides: sulfadiazine (sdiaz), sulfamethazine (smeth), sulfamethoxazole (smetox) and their N4-acetyl metabolites: N4-acetyl sulfadiazine (NA-sdiaz), N4-acetyl sulfamethazine (NA-smeth), N4-acetyl sulfamethoxazole (NA-smetox) and trimethoprim (tmp) as sulfonamides synergist in water sample.
