Sažetak
The main objective of the CIVITAS initiative is to support cities to introduce ambitious transport measures and policies towards sustainable urban mobility, achieving a significant shift in the modal split towards sustainable transport. In this context it is crucial to have a good understanding of the transport term “modal split”, which is an important indicator of the efficiency of the implemented strategies. This paper discusses and compares different methodologies used for collection of modal split data.
