Sažetak
A method that uses qualitative features of noisy characters is used for their recognition. Sample characters were similar and the addition of noise was done in five different stochastically grades. The gray components of noise were binarized with different coarsness from 4*4 to 16*16. The recognition measure were taken when the value of determination exceeded 50%. The results were compared to the recognition feature of the sample trained 3-level back propagation neural network. The same tests were also done with the limited number of human as character recognizers.
