Sažetak
For producer, Mass Customization (MC)represents an effort to balance between level of design and production customization for individual customers on one side, and reduction of production costs on other side. By MC production could became more efficient and costs can be reduced. Paper deals with of internet interaction design tool development for solar water heating panells product in order to provide customer choice of limited offered options in configuration of their own individual product. In that way, it is possible to organize more efficient production process with reduced production lead time, and achieve better estimation of product cost and delivery time.
