Sažetak
The war has changed the transport system on the Balkans in the previous decade. In this paper, the authors introduce a network based analysis model, which makes it possible to focus on the relations among Balkan countries as actors and their transportation attributes. The model represents a clear view about the transport network structure thus enabling to describe the network position and its contribution to the relevance, influence, prominence, closeness, and bridging-over. Mathematical coefficients measuring these factors and their relations have been derived. The authors try to evaluate the changes using different networks representing transport relations in the years 1990 and 1999. As measures of the system change the differences in network factors are being proposed
