Sažetak
Most of the existing services innovation typologies are conceptual in nature and are not tested in the electronic services context. This study explores to what extent electronic service innovations can be classified according to the current most accepted service innovation typologies and what is a prevalent degree of innovativeness of electronic service innovations: radical or incremental? An empirically-based electronic service innovation typology is proposed. The results show that the current most accepted service innovation typologies need advancements to some extent in order to be applicable in electronic services context. Furthermore, it is found that the majority of the electronic service innovations are incremental innovations.
