Sažetak
The development of composite resin materials enables placement of natural looking restorations and they are usually used for anterior and posterior tooth reconstruction. Composites can be made in a wide range of tooth colors allowing near invisible restoration of teeth. However, copying the natural color and reflection of a tooth is difficult. In the lecture, the new generation of composite resin materials based on nano technology (G-aenial) will be presented. These composite resin materials have high light scattering properties and chameleon effect which can be achieved with only single shade. For the anterior restorations, in order to gain good aesthetic result it is necessary to combine different colors to mimic the interproximal zone, dentin and enamel layer. During the working course, the method of restoration of anterior teeth using a silicone key was demonstrated.
