Sažetak
In the biological wastewater treatment, the change in activated sludge biocenosis content occurs depending on the degree of the activated sludge load. When activated sludge load is high and aeration insufficient the consequences is bulking sludge and a sharp increase in the sludge volume. The reported work consisted in the isolation and identification of filamentous microorganisms in activated sludge biocenosis during the biological treatment of municipal wastewater and chemical industry effluent. The identification of filamentous microorganisms based on the morphological and biochemical characteristics was made under different condition of the biological treatment.
