Sažetak
This resarch was carried out during a period of three years (1996-1998), in the experimental vineyard of the institute for Agriculture and Tourisam in Poreč, Croatia. Our goal was to determine amphelographic propertis of Momian muscat and compare this cultivar with the white and yellow muscats according to the adopted methods of the International ampelographic commission, International office of viticulture and enology (OIV) and International office for genetic resources. Main parameters were included: yield per plant, cluster weight, sugar content, titratable acidity and pH (analiyzed with double way ANOVA test), Duncan multiple range test and cluster analysis. Genetic difference was tested using isoenzymatic leaf analysis. The difference among all three muscat cultivars was noticed in the yield per plant, cluster weight, sugar content and titratable acidity. Cluster analysis and isoenzymatic testes showed similar morphological and genetic properties of Momian and white muscat.
