Sažetak
This paper presents the main parameters of fusion welding and Off-line analysis of PE-HD pipes. Inductive and resistant character changes in amplitude modulation waveforms of measured signal were observed by direct measurements of voltage and current at the coupler. At the beginning of measurement, device analyzed the scanned parameters for certain types of fittings and compared them with previously tested and measured parameters performed by welding machines. The time delay or “dead time” was observed as machines analyzed the parameters and dimensioned regulatory function of the system. Recording of welding parameters in the real time provided detailed information on the process of fusion welding. Thus, parameters for various coupler diameters, as well as the time dependence of welding could be obtained through the measuring interface.
