Sažetak
Beyond giving a brief, descriptive survey of QoS approaches, this report focuses on the analytical evaluation of the advantages and costs of different QoS approaches, highlighting their practical applicability along with an assessment of their effectiveness. In this sense, it aims at providing guidelines to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) about the most convenient strategies for implementing QoS in their networks.
