After several years of experience in the implementation of numerous Web 2.0 tools in various university courses (Computer-Mediated Communication, Organizational Communication, Data Structures, English for Special Purposes) the authors present their conclusions regarding the potential positive and negative effects of the use of such tools in hybrid educational settings.
