Sažetak
The author considers the possibility of incorporating the institute of regulatory agencies into the Croatian constitutional order. He especially refers to their nature as a new institution of governance, the problematic nature of their incorporation into the constitutionally mandated division of power, and to the practical problem of simultaneously ensuring their independence and the possibility of oversight.
