The author reveals the disharmony and contradictions between the development of science, technology, and the production of material goods on one side and neglect and the emergence of the crisis of moral, education, culture and spiritual values on the other side. Civilisational absurdity. Material wealth turns into spiritual poverty. The paper consists of 4 parts: Definition of the problems, Crisis as a general phenomenon, The main characteristics of educational crisis, An urgent need for the overcoming of spiritual and educational crises.
