Sažetak
In accordance with the Olympic charter, national Olympic committees in cooperation with the relevant state and non-governmental organizations can organize training programs and education of personnel for needs in sport. In cooperation with the Croatian Association "Sport for All", competent personnel, physical recreation instructors, are trained throughout the country. Thanks to this education program, the system of physical recreation has successfully developed even in smaller towns and rural regions.
