Sažetak
The main goal of the paper is to investigate whether the level of services offered in spas respond to consumers' expectations. Moreover, the study observes some lements of spas offer in two periods in order to find out whether their decline or growth occurs. One of the objectives of the paper is to investigate the influence of the market orientation on the development of spa tourism in one region of Croatia.
