Sažetak
Dueto political changes in the last two decades, the health care systems in countries of the South Eastern Europe became predominantly curatively oriented despite tradition towards preventive medicine and public health in some of the countries, particularly in the former Yugoslav republics. The results of the common project since 2002 is presented.
