Sažetak
The research in the fielsd of HCV quasispecies is important due to the impact of HCV quasispecies on disease persistence, progression and nonresponsiveness to treatment.The goal of this study was to evaluate DNA melting curve analysis for detection of genetic variants of HCV quasispecies in HVR-1 region and their possible impact in predicting the treatment response to antiviral therapy.
