Sažetak
This paper briefly describes the implementation of ATM transport network in the radio access network (RAN). The application of JTAG interface for testing the ATM transport network. Paper describes features of two tools for debugging: RICSWatch and Wind River using JTAG interface and their advanced options for debugging including software and hardware breakpoints, status of registers, access to ASIC and FPGA circuits, and techniques to manipulate memory and memory mapped areas, development of procedures for debugging using JTAG interface in the ATM transport network, their analyzes and effectiveness.
