Sažetak
Globalization is a complex and controversial process of building the world as a whole by creating a global institutional structures and global cultural forms. It is disclosed as the free market-economic, unification of the world, as well as a social, democratic, and moral integration of the world concerning certain core humanistic values essential for the sustainable development of mankind and life in general. The concept of integrative bioethics as pluri-perspectivistic and interdisciplinary area seeks to integrate the philosophical and scientific multidisciplinary approach to the ethics of life with its various cultural and civilizational dimensions. On the trail of this concept Integrative Bioethics is determined as an open field of encounter and dialogue of different sciences, activities, worldview and cultural perspectives, in which the author discusses the ethical issues of life as a whole in a global context. Such integrative bioethics, with the global ethic (Weltethos) project, is seen as a complementary model for a new ethics of globalization.
