Sažetak
This PhD presentation presents a high frequency cable modeling. The objective of this research is a simple model valid in 300 kHz – 3 GHz frequency range and suitable for circuit simulators such as Spectre, Hspice or Agilent ADS. The cables are modeled in Agilent ADS, and the models are based on measured single-ended scattering parameters (S-parameters). Measured S-parameters for FlexRay cable and simulated model shows good matching (< 3 dB) over 300 kHz – 3 GHz frequency range.
