Sažetak
Materials technologies is a common name for materials sciences, materials technology and production technology. The term artificial technology covers all human activities in the production of living and non-living products and is a part of general technology. The second part is natural technology. Somewhat simplified, synthesiology is the science about synthesis of all existing knowledge and cognitions with the aim of producing new knowledge and cognitions which can be accepted by society. Synthesiology has deep roots in the theory of systems and culturology. Some examples will be discussed. Around 250 different methods of injection moulding (die casting) of ceramics, metals, plastics and rubber compounds or combination of all of them, even of living tissue, can be described by one system model. The natural model of this method has been discovered, the reproduction of higher animals and human beings. Following some philosophical ideas the tentative beginning of primary shaping of basic natural polymers has been discovered as well as the beginning of human separation of organic and inorganic polymers like wood, bones, skin and stone. Following the Aristotle’s idea that form precedes matter at any level and his four causes, a very important conclusion follows. In artificial materials technologies the final cause can be given by anyone. But the formal, material and efficient causes and its protagonists must realise close and synergic cooperation. The prerequisite for successful cooperation is basic knowledge in construction, materials and production technology.
