Sažetak
We present our recent transport property results on the heavily doped polysilicon and discuss them in the terms of promising materials for thermoelectric devices. We also discuss on solar energy as a working energy for thermoelectric devices in the case of the heavily doped polysilicon. Particularly, the part of the spectrum which produces the photovoltaic effect is considered.
