Sažetak
Effective urban planning results from common sense applied to an orderly approach to finding out local needs, setting goals and priorities, and taking adequate actions toward giving meaning to the space occupied by urban areas and built artifacts. City (town) planners have to be aware of the fact that town planning also (re)shapes the physical appearance of the town and its surrounding region. That is why it is necessary to capture the urban story revealed by proper reading of archive graphics, plans and maps representing the Place appearance through Space and Time.
