Sažetak
The paper deals with the theoretical attitudes towards poverty and wealth and practical agency expressed itself in life and work of Bishop Augustin Kažotić. The author underlines the intertwining of the ideas which Augustine promoted and his practical agency and emphasises that in this case it was not the one way process. On the same way as his views influenced his agency in practice, so the experiences, which he acquired during his life through practical work, influenced on his ideas.
