Sažetak: Restrukturiranje sustava upravljanja složen je i često dugotrajan proces. Može obuhvatiti cijeli sustav upravljanja ili samo neke njegove strukturne elemente. Obzirom na koncept provedbe restrukturiranje se može podijeli na defenzivno i strategijsko. Najčešće se provodi kad organizacija posluje loše, iako se može provoditi i dok posluje dobro. Osnovni cilj restrukturiranja je povećanje efikasnosti organizacija. Pristupi procesu restrukturiranja različiti su, o čemu ovisi i krajnji rezultat. Najčešća pogreška je, pod procesom restrukturiranja razumijevati samo promjenu organizacijskog ustroja i smanjenje broja zaposlenih. Restrukturiranje ima svoju cijenu. Uvođenje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom sukladno zahtjevima međunarodne norme ISO 9001:2000, oblik je restrukturiranja organizacije. Summary: The process of management system restructuring is a very complex and often a very persistent. It can involve the whole management system or just only some of structural elements of management system. According to the concept, the restructuring process can be shared on two figures: defensive and strategic. Most often the restructuring process is conduct during the organizations difficult business period, but it can be conduct during the organizations good business situation. Better effectiveness of organization is the basic target of restructuring process. The final result of restructuring process depends of the approaches which can be different. The most common failure is the understanding that the restructuring process means only changes in the organization structure and cutting the number of employees. The restructuring process costs. The implementation of Total Quality Management System according the requests of the international norm ISO 9001:2000 represents the figure of the organizations restructuring.
