Sažetak
In our synthesiological considerations human culture is a common name for materials and spiritual cultures. In the past thirty years more and more attention has been paid to assessment of technology. This verification of our products, procedures, processes and materials has been codified for example in the German guideline Technikbewertung, Begriffe und Grundlagen (VDI 3780). The main idea of this guideline is that in the assessment of technology there are three main groups of criteria for the analysis: technical, economic and social. We extended the number of criteria by one more, the humanistic one. Thus, we cover all criteria which are relevant for full analysis of the consequences of developing a planned product or process from point of view of material and spiritual culture. The main conclusion is that technical and economic goals have been and must be in the function of social and humanistic goals. The decision-makers are always politicians in the name of society. The mentioned groups of criteria will be described in the necessary volume and supported by examples. The criteria for the judgment of technology assessment are generally valid. So the same analysis for the assessment of medicine will be presented. Even if mandatory just for a list of pollutant industrial activities, the application and use of the Directive principles to other fields can constitute a further effort to limit the diatribe between production and its derived environmental impacts.
