Sažetak
The main objective of this paper is to present the interview analysis of air traffic controllers’ feedback on new automation tools adoption and ATM system implementation period. The newly implemented ATM system includes automation tools which help controllers in their efficient performance of daily duties. The CroATMS (EUROCAT 2000) is a new fully automated ATM system which has been deployed in Croatia Control Ltd. at the end of 2005. The Zagreb ACC has been using the CroATMS for 3 years, from its initial version developed by THALES to the current operational version. The importance of this research lies in a better understanding of air traffic controllers’ response and perception of new automation tools implementation.
