Sažetak
This paper presents an approach to the quality improvement in the software development process. A comparison of the methods shows that Baldrige and ISO 9000 fit together, although ISO 9000 is more process-oriented. However, some of the ISO requirements are not included in Baldrige, like the document control and the internal quality audit. In this paper it is suggested to accept those missing requirements from ISO 9000 and add them to the Baldrige method, what could result with an improvement of the quality assurance process.
