Sažetak
During a period of one year urban air samples were analysed for sulphur dioxide content by the modified West-Gaeke method proposed by P.K. Dasgupta et al.. The concentrations of SO2 were simultaneously determined on the same air sample ba acidimetric and thorin method as referent.Statistical analysis shopws thet better correlation exists between results obtained by modified West-Gaeke method and thorin method, especially comparing average monthly results, while the results of acidimetric method show a certain discrepancy. Investigation on stability of collected urban air samples stored at different temperature conditions prior to analysis proved that temperature of storage had no effect on it.
