Sažetak
We presented the results of treatment with clomipramine in patiens with panic attacs (F41.0 ICDX). 32 patiens werw included in the trial who met criteria for diagnosis F41.0. inspite of other psychiatric diagnosis (e.g. PTSD F43.1) before inclusion in the study all patients had symptoms at least 6 months and passed cognitive - behavioral tr. after complete physical exam. Clomipramine was included in the treatment. Every second week the dose was increased till 100 mg/day depending on patient status. The effectiveness of treat, was followed every day first week than once weekly through scales for adverse events, GGI, hand - A and self - assessment scale. In 12 patients psychic status was moderately improved during 6 weeks in comparison with he beggining of treatment. In 12 patients CGI was minimally worse but we could expect that because they both had basic DG F41.0 and DG. F43.0 too. In 5 patients side effects were registered but none of them did significantly interfere with patient s functioning.
