Taking feminism(s) as an example the paper shaws that the notion of the West/East dichotomy, despite all its simplicities, did not occur through a transparent contrast on presumed formations of binary shaped politics that exclude as they include, rather through a mixture of contradictory strategies and ideas, a variety of discursive signals and reports imposing or stereotyping through the dynamism of on-going events.
