Sažetak
The aim of the paper is to analyse the misclasification patterns of the diagnostic module of Laboratory Information System for thyroid function diagnosis at the Sestre Milosrdnice University Hospital. In order to select misclassified patients the diagnosis of an experienced physician and the diagnostic module were compared. According to the pattern of the laboratory test results, misclassified patients were described and grouped. In conclusion, we have found one obvious module's mistake but the other misclassification patterns have shown more dubious problem in the thyroid function classification.
