Sažetak
Neurosurgical treatments of brain tumours can result with damage to healthy tissue. In order to avoid this the 3D computer simulation was devel- oped. The measurements were carried out on real scull, in order to check the simulation. To improve accuracy of the simulation beside the specular reflec-tions, the diffuse reflections were added to the model. The results of the simulation indicated the endan-gered healthy areas of the brain. In addition, computer simulation is being developed for non-invasive neurosurgical treatment with fo-cused transducer array.
