Sažetak
This paper presents results of the study on technology of slaughtering in the industrial turkey slaughterhose Vindon, Slavonski Brod.It gives a description of veterinary-sanitary axamination and a list of technological errors encountered.Manifestation of a very low percentage of technological errors in the slaughtering process itself is due to the fact that this slaughterhouse has been equipped with the most modern equipment for slaughtering and processing of meat.
