Sažetak
In this work the influence of different heat treatments on the crystallization behaviour of soft magnetic alloys FeCuNbSiB was investigated using TEM, ED and STM. From TEM and STM examination some evidence on nucleation and growth process was obtained. STM revealed atomic resolution in the nanocrystalline grain boundaries. The results have been correlated with the results obtained by means of XRD, DSC and TGM measurements.
