Sažetak
Five years old Holstein-Friesian cow gave birth to triplets at 278 days of gestation. Two delivered fetuses were fully developed, a male calf was born alive and female dead ; the third delivered structure was an anomalous rounded monster foetus, covered with thick skin - diagnosed as Amorphus globosus. Male calf was, at the age of 3 months, sent to slaughterhouse, at weight of 145 kg. Hydrothorax, ascites and freemartinism (enlarged clitoris, marked vaginal, uterine and ovarian hypoplasia) were discovered at necropsy of female calf. A case of freemartinism and Amorphus globosus in a set of Holstein-Friesian triplets is rarely reported.
