Sažetak
Experiments based on a new technique were carried out in order to study the response of fibre reinforced concrete specimens subjected to impact loading. For this study, a drop weight has been instrumented with an accelerometer and a computer data acquisition system. From the acceleration data obtained, load, velocity, energy and
energy lost are calculated in a spreadsheet environment. A great number of laboratory tests of influence of fibre reinforcing to the impact resistance and tenacity are presented. The impact resistance is expressed through the tenacity factor.
