Sažetak
The library of the monastery of St. Francis in Zadar dates from the beginning of the 13th century. This collection is one of the largest collections of old and rare books in Croatia. LIS departements of universities of Zadar and Osijek together with the Monastery of St. Francis are working on organizing and preserving that collection. The poster shows a model of cataloguing that is proposed to be used in that library. It is based on a research of possibilities of UNIMARC formats in displaying provenance information in the catalogue. A research was made on a collection of Italian old and rare books in the library. Pages with provenance information were digitized and a connection with a record is made through appropriate fields and subfields in UNIMARC. Every record also contains access points to a name of a person or an institution which owned a book. A Thesaurus of names of persons and institutions mentioned as previous owners was made. It provides information about uniform and variant forms of names of previous owners and a digitized picture of pages containing provenance information. An example of catalog record made in UNIMARC format will be shown, together with a digitized pictures of pages containing provenance information and a Thesaurus made in the library of Monastery of St. Francis in Zadar.
