Brijuni 3 Lovno gospodarstvo  Moslavina Sa~etak Tijekom mjeseca travnja 2000. godine u Nacionalnom Parku  Brijuni uzeta je krv od trinaest jednogodianjih jelena lopatara (devet mu~jaka i etiri ~enke). }ivotinje od kojih su uzeti uzorci krvi bile su dobrog zdravstvenog stanja, no slabije tjelesne grae i zbog toga su izlu ene iz daljnejg uzgoja. Poato na Brijunima obitava vrlo velika populacija jelena lopatara na relativno malom prostoru (500 Ha) ~eljeli smo utvrditi da li postoje odstupanja u biokemijskim pokazateljima iz krvnog seruma izmeu pripadnika pojedinih vrsta jelenske divlja i s obzirom na tip staniata. Usporedili smo biokemijske vrijednosti krvnog seruma u jelenskih vrsta oto kih (lopatar) i kontinentalnih (bjelorepan, crnorepi jelen) staniata. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da postoje statisti ki zna ajna odstupanja biokemijskih parametara izmeu pripadnika pojedinih vrsta. U lopatara s oto kog staniata utvrdili smo vei nivo ureje u krvnom serumu, dok su svi ostali biokemijski parametri (kreatinin, kolesterol, ukupni proteini, albumini, AST, ALT, ALP) iskazali vee vrijednosti u jelena s kontinentalnih staniata. Klju ne rije i: Cervide, Jelen lopatar (Dama dama L.), biokemija, enzimi Uvod Prema dostupnim podacima iz literature (Schemnitz i Sanford, 1980; Whitehead, 1993) razvidno je da se do sada vrlo mali broj autora bavio istra~ivanjem biokemijskih parametara u krvnom serumu jelena lopatara. Premda je lopatar divlja  koja se ve du~e vrijeme uzgaja, prvenstveno u New Zealand-u i Australiji (Yerex i Spiers, 1987) gotovo da ne postoje podaci o hematoloakim i biokemijskim vrijednostima u krvnom serumu ove vrste jelenske divlja i. Razlog tome nejvjerovatnije treba tra~iti u injenici ato se lopatar u spomenutim zemljama uzgaja prvenstveno za industrijsko iskoriatavanje (meso, rogovi u bastu, ko~a i papci) tako da internisti kom dijelu zaatite zdravlja ~ivotinja nije posveena potrebna pa~nja. Smatramo da je pri pojavi svih vrsta oboljenja potrebno znati fizioloake granice svih hematoloako-biokemijskih pokazatelja, jer su oni vrlo va~an imbenik u pravilnoj i u inkovitoj dijagnostici bolesti te shodno tome i ispravnoj kurativi. U skladu s gore spomenutim injenicama ~eljeli smo utvrditi osnovne fizioloake granice biokemijskih parametara u krvnom serumu jelena lopatara s Brijunskog arhipelaga, a istovremeno smo dobivene rezultate usporedili s biokemijskim vrijednostima utvrenim u krvnom serumu lopatarske divlja i koja obitava na kontinentu, kao i s joa dvije kontinentalne vrste (bijelorepim i crnorepim jelenom). Materijal i metode Tijekom sanitarnog odstrela u N. P.  Brijuni uzeta je krv od trinaest (9( i 4() jednogodianjih jelena lopatara prosje ne te~ine 33,0 kg. Krv za biokemijske pretrage vaena je direktno iz srca, te je sakupljana u epruvete sa podtlakom koje su sadr~avale gel i aktivator zgruaavanja ( Becton-Dickinson , Meylan cedex, France). Nakon koagulacije krvni uzorci su centrifugirani (1.200 okretaja tijekom deset minuta) te je na taj na in izdvojen serum. Biokemijske odrednice izvedene su standardnim metodama na automatskom analizatoru  Tehnicon RA-1000 (Tehnicon Instruments Corp., Tarrytown, New York). Nivo glukoze u krvnom serumu odreivan je GOD-PAP metodom. Nivo ureje odreivan je UV testom, metoda po Talke i Schubert-u. Kreatinin u serumu je odreivan Jaffeovom metodom, a trigliceridi GPO-PAP metodom. Nivo kolesterola odreen je uz pomo EE (Enzymatic Endpoint) metode, dok smo ukupnu koli inu proteina utvrdili pomou Biuret metode, a koli inu albumina uz pomo BG (Bromocresol Green) metode. Aktivnost pojedinih enzima utvrivana je pri temperaturi od 25(C. Aktivnost AST-a (asparat aminotransferaza) odreivana je opti kim testom, modifikacijom metode po Karmen-u. Aktivnost ALT-a (alanin aminotransferaza) odreivana je opti kim testom, modifikacijom metode po Wroblewskom i La Due-u. Aktivnost alkalne fosfataze (ALP) odreivana je metodom po McComb-u i Bowers-u. Za odreivanje aktivnosti alkalne fosfataze koriaten je AMP pufer. Dobiveni rezultati statisti ki su obraeni uz pomo kompjuterskog programa  Statgraphics version 4.2. Rezultati Polu ene rezultate prikazali smo tabelarno, na na in da su prvo prikazane vrijednosti pojedinih biokemijskih pokazatelja u serumu oto kih lopatara, a zatim su te vrijednosti statisti ki obraene i usporeene s vrijednostima kontinentalnih jelenskih vrsta. U tablici 1. prikazane su dobivene vrijednosti triglicerida, kolesterola, kreatinina, ureje i glukoze u krvnom serumu jednogodianjih jelena lopatara s obzirom na tjelesnu te~inu i spol. Poato je u istra~ivanom uzorku bio premali broj ~enki (n = 4) nismo sproveli usporedni test moguih variranja biokemijskih parametara s obzirom na spol. Tablica 1. Nivo kolesterola varirao je od 0.60 do 2.05 mmol/L, sa srednjom vrijednoau od 1.42 mmol/L. Zabilje~ene vrijednosti kreatinina kretale su se izmeu 92 i 199 (mol/L, sa srednjom vrijednosti od 138 (mol/L. Nivo ureje varirao je od 3.9 do 13.4 mmol/L, sa srednjom vrijednosti od 8.88 mmol/L. Nivo glukoze iskazao je najvee varijacije  od 1.5 do 33.4 mmol/L, sa srednjom vrijednosti od 9.12 mmol/L. U tablici 3. prikazana je koli ina ukupnih proteina, albumina i bilirubina u serumu brijunskih lopatara te aktivnost pojedinih enzima (AST, ALT, ALP, CK), a statisti ka obrada podataka za istu skupinu parametara prikazana je u tablici 4. Dobivene vrijednosti iskazale su statisti ki zna ajna (P < 0.05) odstupanja izmeu pojedinih jelenskih vrsta za sve istra~ivane biokemijske biokemijske parametre, osim glukoze (F = 1.054; P < 0.38). Prilikom usporedbe biokemijskih parametara iz krvnih seruma jelena lopatara s oto kog i kontinentalnih staniata najvee odstupanje (F = 9.431; P < 0.0001) istra~ivanih vrijednosti zabilje~ili smo u nivou ureje: X = 8.88 mmol/L u brijunskih lopatara, a X = 5.96 mmol/L u lopatara s kontinentalnih staniata. Nivo glukoze u serumu brijunskih lopatra zna ajno je varirao te smo uz visok koeficijent varijabilnosti (CV = 94.58) zabilje~ili i dvije ekstremne vrijednosti (20.2 i 33.4 mmol/L) koje su zna ajno odstupale od ostalih rezultata. Ako se izuzmu dva spomenuta ekstrema nivo glukoze u serumu brijunskih lopatara (raspon 1.5  10.1 mmol/L) kree se u vrlo sli nim granicama kao i kod kontinentalnih lopatara (4.3  8.9 mmol/L) s tim da je minimalna vrijednost glukoze ni~a u oto kih jelena. Usporeujui srednju vrijednost nivoa glukoze uo ava se da je kod glukoze srednja vrijednost (X = 9.12) u serumu brijunskih lopatara vea nego kod kontinentalnih jelena (X = 6.54), no zbog visoke standardne devijacije (SD = 8.62) i vrlo visokog koeficijenta varijacije (CV = 94.58) u serumu brijunskih jelena, nismo mogli sprovesti to nu statisti ku usporedbu. Nivo ureje u serumu brijunskih lopatara (X = 8.88 mmol/L) statisti ki se zna ajno razlikuje (P < 0.0001) od srednje vrijednosti ureje zabilje~ene kod kontinentalnih lopatara ( X = 5.96 mmol/L). Smatramo da je do navedenih razlika doalo zbog razlika u ishrani, odnosno zbog veih koli ina proteina u hrani brijunske skupine lopatarske divlja i, koja se zbog ograni enih uvjeta ishrane oto kog staniata prihranjuje s hranom bogatom proteinima. Za razliku od ureje, koncentracija kreatinina vea je u serumu kontinentalnih lopatara (X = 194,0 (mol/L) nego ato je to slu aj u brijunskoj populaciji (X = 138,0 (mol/L). Ovo odstupanje pokazuje statisti ku zna ajnost (P < 0.004; F = 5.247) a pojavljuje se zbog druga ijih uvjeta dr~anja i razli itog intenziteta metabolizma. Zabilje~eni nivo kreatinina u krvnom serumu brijunskih lopatara (X = 138,0 (mol/L) statisti ki je zna ajno manji (F = 5.247; P < 0.004) od nivoa kreatinina u serumu kontinentalnih lopatara (X = 194,0 (mol/L), a isto tako i od nivoa kreatinina u serumu bjelorepih jelena (X = 168,0 (mol/L). Srednja vrijednost koncentracije kreatinina izmjerena u krvnom serumu crnorepih jelena (Fowler, 1978) gotovo je identi na sa srednjom vrijednoau kreatinina u brijunskih lopatara i iznosi X = 137.0 (mol/L). Nivo kolesterola u krvnom serumu brijunskih lopatara (X = 1.42 mmol/L) je znatno ni~i nego kod crnorepih (X = 1.99 mmol/L) i bjelorepih (X = 2.11 mmol/L) jelena s kontinentalnih staniata, a statisti ki najsignifikantnija (F = 5.749; P < 0.0024) je razlika izmeu oto kih (X = 1.42 mmol/L) i kontinentalnih lopatara (X = 2.48 mmol/L). Aktivnost enzima (AST, ALT) znatno je izra~enija u serumu kontinentalnih vrsta, tako da je najintenzivnija aktivnost AST-a zabilje~ena u kontinentalnih lopatara (X = 206.70 U/L), gotovo identi na srednja vrijednost zabilje~ena je u crnorepih (X = 170.88 U/L) i bjelorepih jelena (X = 169.90 U/L), dok smo najni~u aktivnost AST-a zabilje~ili kod brijunskih lopatara (X = 123.92 U/L). Ova statisti ki signifikantna (F = 3.11; P <0.03) razlika pojavila se najvjerovatnije zbog razli itih stanianih uvjeta, odnosno stoga ato je kod brijunskih lopatara zbog ograni ene mogunosti kretanja i nivo metabolizma neato ni~i. Sli nu situaciju zabilje~ili smo i pri odreivanju aktivnosti ALT-a u krvnom serumu razli itih jelenskih vrsta. Najni~a srednja vrijednost (X = 35.84 U/L) utvrena je u brijunskih lopatara i ona se zna ajno razlikuje (F = 6.297; P < 0.0014) od srednjih vrijednosti aktivnosti ALT-a u bjelorepih jelena (X = 55.30 U/L) te kontinentalnih lopatara (X = 58.90 U/L). Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da postoje zna ajne razlike u rasponu i srednjim vrijednostima veine istra~ivanih biokemijskih parametara u serumu oto kih i kontinentalnih vrsta jelena. Ove razlike postoje zbog razli itih staniatnih uvjeta, druga ijeg na ina prehrane te razli itog broja ~ivotinja po jedinici povraine, ato sve utje e na aktivnost bazalnog metabolizma te posljedi no i na koncentraciju pojedinih biokemijskih parametara u serumu.
