Sažetak
The assesment of stand structural components in one of the vital tasks in inventories and forest management. Monitoring their trends nad development is an important element in constructing growth and yield tables, and in modelling stand and forest development. This paper will present the development of stand basal area of Pedunculate oak in the association Genisto elatae - Quercetum roboris and the ecological-management forest type II-G-20 between the ages of 20 and 120 in Croatia. The research was carried out in 95 plots set up over a period of 20 years. The aim was to establish a development model of oak stands and growth and yield tables.
