Sažetak
The paper presents some of teh results of research of planning method with objective to increase realistic control of cost and time in the building industry. The aim was aslo to simpllify and rationalise the logical network of activities for this type of four to six storey building projects, with deriving cost and time significant activities from the bil of quantities, which realistically reflect site operations. Analysis of ten construction projects in Cratia demonstrate the feasibility of deriving about 50% significant activities which represent 85% ot total cost , and more than 90% of total duration of a project.
