Sažetak
The adherence to long term therapies in Croatia is low and the level of pharmacist's involvement in improving adherence in not sufficient.We belive that changing present practice of patients counseling and giving more advice on how to take medication properly and how to deal with side effects of therapy and explaining the importance of adherence in long term therapies we can improve patients adherence to long term therapies and subsequently therapy effectiveness.
