Sažetak
Rosette techniques are used for determination of surface markers on lymphocytes on peripheral blood and in lymph nodes of patients with NHL, CLL and HD. Overal results in the blood were in accordance with litherature data, whereas on lymph nodes of patients with HD the lymphocytes did not differ from that of healthy persons (but in patients with CLL and NHL they did). Also, the rosette techniques disclosed differences in lymph nodes between groups of patients with NHL, CLL and HD. Therefore these relatively simple techniques can be a useful addition to histological analysis for differential diagnosis of lymphoproliferative diseses
