Sažetak
The article is a review of international conference, held in Paris 22-25 September 1999. The conference was held in the atmosphere of changing views of North-South divisions, emergence of new "Souths" and a need to contribute to the development of more complex North-South relations in Europe. Special attention was devoted to the issue of new actors, an increase in relevance of regionalisation, non-governmental institutions and the private sector.
