Methods Anonymous questionnaire was completed by 489 students. Answers were analysed by descriptive statistic methods. Results Out of 340 female and 149 male students 43% female and 58% male students are sexually active. Less than one year live in Zagreb 59% female and 65% male students. More than six years or from ever live in Zagreb 41% female and 33% male students. Out of students living in Zagreb less than one year, 68 % female and 47 % male students reported contraception use in first sexual intercourse by themselves or their partner. Use of condom reported 22% female and 31 % male students. Regular contraception use (always) reported 63% female and 58% male students. Out of students living in Zagreb more than six years or from ever, 56 % female and 67 % male students reported contraception use in first sexual intercourse. Condom use reported 26% female and 22% male students. Contraception is used regularly (always) by 68 % female and 74% male students. Conclusions Results strongly suggest that education and counselling in reproductive and sexual health must be offered to all students.
